The Community Committee is focused on civic issues that impact Top of the Hill residents.
We also engage the membership in beautification projects to enhance our neighborhood.
Luce Park Restoration - 2022
“We are grateful to the Top of the Hill Association for their efforts to revitalize this wonderful park named after Admiral Stephen B. Luce, founder of the U.S. Naval War College.
The Naval War College Foundation exists to support the College, America’s premier institution for professional military education, including its historical connection to the larger community here in Newport, RI” said Naval War College Foundation CEO, CAPT George E. Lang, Jr. USN (Ret.)
What issues are important to you and what other activities are you attending in the city?

Our online Community Group is a tool for All Members. TOH neighbors are encouraged to post activities that they are attending, thereby offering opportunities to connect with other members. We also love to see posts on topics and meetings that impact our neighborhood and city. ​
