The Top of the Hill Association (TOH) has more than 200 members who live in the neighborhood defined roughly as Memorial Boulevard to Kay Street, and Bellevue to Eustis Avenues in Newport, Rhode Island.    

 

We host approximately two dozen membership-wide events annually, including four major functions (Community Forum, Summer Garden Party, Membership Meeting and Holiday Party), as well as offering a multitude of other special interest group activities designed to foster social and cultural interaction based on more defined member interests.
