Pocket Concerts 2025

The Newport String Project celebrates the opening of its thirteenth season with Pocket Concerts, a day-long series of micro-concerts featuring the musicians of the Newport String Quartet alongside celebrated guest artists.
A sequel to NSP’s beloved One to Oneseries, which enabled Newport audiences to safely enjoy live music during the pandemic, Pocket Concerts are personalized micro-concerts that pair one or two musicians with an individual or small group audience for an engaging performance experience.
Audiences will enjoy 15-minute concerts in an array of unique settings at The Newport Art Museum, Belmont Chapel, and even a Secret Garden Room! Concertgoers are encouraged to enjoy several concerts throughout the day.
Tickets for this event are by donation, with a suggested donation of $25. Concertgoers attending multiple micro-concerts are invited to donate at a level of their choosing. All donations directly support Newport String Project's free performance and youth mentoring programs.
